Essential City Info is an independent project built to help tourists and residents navigate Rome with essential, verified, geolocated information: public toilets, drinking water fountains, ATMs, real-time ZTL, on-duty pharmacies, transit, health and emergencies.

The site is designed to be fast, mobile-readable and usable even on slow connections. It's available in Italian, English and Spanish.

Who's behind it

The site is built and maintained by Roberto Galati, a developer based in Italy. Premium content payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record).

Data sources

We combine official data (City of Rome, ATAC, Roma Mobilità, Civil Protection, ARPA Lazio, MIT) with OpenStreetMap and community reports. Every data point includes its source and last-updated date.
